Raleigh, North Carolina - Kaye Williams Denning, of Raleigh, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the age of 85. She is survived by her daughters, Shannon Johnson (Kyle), and Carly Denning Moredock (Charles); and her granddaughters, Olivia and Elaina Moredock. She was predeceased by her daughter, Kerry Denning.
Kaye was born on September 9, 1940, in Chester, S.C., and was raised in Greenwood, S.C., and Hartsville, S.C. She graduated from Coker University and received her Master's degree from NC State University.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Kaye's life and visit with her family on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Renaissance Funeral Home, 7615 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, N.C. 27615. Condolences: rfhr.com

I am very sorry to hrar of Kaye's death. Although our careers at Mallinckrodt were limited, to actually see each other, we were able to enjoy trips with Raleigh Parks/Rec. She was a very pleasant and nice friend.
