Sanford, North Carolina - Linda Griffin Pleasants, 82, of Sanford, NC passed away at home on February 28th, 2026.
Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was known for her kindness and deep love for her family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gene Pleasants, her children, Wade Norman Griffin (Adrine), Kimberly Griffin Parrish (Frank), and Vinson Scott Griffin; her grandchildren, Joshua Griffin, Jeremiah Griffin, Isaiah Griffin, Justin Griffin, Vinson "Griff" Scott Griffin, and Christian Tate Parrish; her step grandchildren Ryan Shook, Ian Shook, Ashley Cabello, and Christopher Austin Norton; great grandchildren Bryson Griffin, Coltin Griffin, Christian Hayes Parrish, Carter Griffin, and Bella Griffin.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Bruce Key, Worth Key, June Key, Reece Key, Gene Key, Wade Key, Frank Key, Betty Putnam, Lottie Dix, and one grandson Peyton "Bubba" Griffin.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, March 7th at Miller Boles Funeral Home in Sanford NC.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
