I remember Mr Stanley and Mrs. Mary when I was a child. They each were the salt of the earth; icons of Greater Liberty Baptist Church; Pillars of the community (East End) and the friend of our family. May God bless the Garrett family during this moment of sorrow. Weeping endures the night; but Joy comes in the morning.

My concolences to the Garrett family. It was a pleasure to know "Miss Mary" she was my aunt Leoda Thompson's neighbor in Mt. Sterling and we attended church together at Greater Liberty. She will be missed dearly.
