a year and a half has come and gone and I still have a hard time realizing you are gone. we have known each other for most of our adult lives. We worked together, hung out together and did the walks for diabetes together. We even did the walk pulling a wagon with Michael in it because he was too young to make the walk. I know how much you loved kids. I am so glad that my children got to know you.
you are such a wonderful sweet kind, caring young at heat guy. I am so glad that I got the chance to get to know you and your family, whom I love as my own!
I still miss you so much
lots of love, hugs and kisses to you

Rosy cheeks!! My ex-husband Larry coached Matt in baseball back in 1976 and I just remember Matt's beautiful rosy cheeks. I also remember his struggle with diabetes, but he always smiled and keep going. He smile lightened up his many visits to Ace Hardware when I worked there, he always had a project. I send you my deepest condolences for your loss. Matt was more than special to everyone that knew him.
God bless,
Barbara (Wright) Jones
