Cousins are such special people in your life...like a distant sibling. It is so sad to bid farewell to Mike. He will always be remembered for the kind and loving man he was to family and friends.

My condolences to Mike's family and friends. I worked with Mike for many years, and always enjoyed his style. He was invariably a gracious man, and he was generally calm in the midst of some crisis we were dealing with - or at least he hid his emotions well. I will cheerfully remember Mike as a man who was outgoing in his kindness to others.
He was also a friend I will miss.
