Michael Venable Obituary
He was preceded in death by his father, Mikel Glenn Venable.
Graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC.
Surviving are his wife, Christina Nelson Venable of the home; daughters, Emily Venable, and Samantha Venable and fiance', Zachary Wilford; mother, Deborah Venable of Garner; sisters, Jaqueline Barlow and husband, Dwayne, Glenda Venable, and Serada Avery; niece and nephew, Kaitlin, and Logan Foskey.
The family requests that flowers be omitted and contributions to help with funeral expenses and the purchase of the gravemarker be made to Christina Venable, 2900 Tarheel Clubhouse Rd., Raleigh, NC 27604.

We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved son. There are no words that can adequately express what a profound loss this is. We too have suffered this devastating loss and belong to a support group that is comprised solely of bereaved parents. We want to reach out to you by letting you know about our group. I am so glad that we took the time to celebrate our birthdays together this year. You are one of my very best friends, and I will miss you so much (especially around our birthdays and when I go to Red Lobster). I will always love you and miss you. My life will never be the same.
