Raymond Smith Obituary

Mr. Raymond Earl Smith, age 60, of 3325 Zack's Mill Road died Monday at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson. Officiating will be the Rev. R.B. Parrish. Burial will, follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Benson.
Mr. Smith was born November 20, 1947 in Wake County to the late Hezekiah and Lois Catherine Roberts Smith.
He was preceded in death by grandson, Steven Andrew "Drew" Smith, and sister, Louise S. Knox. Mr. Smith was the owner and operator of United Electric Company and was a member of Friendly Chapel Church.
Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Patricia Parrish Smith; sons and daughters-in-Law, Ronald Earl and Lisa Smith of Angier and Raymond Glenn and Caroline L. Smith of Angier; and grandson, Tyler Smith.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home, Benson.
