Ruby Yates James, 88, of Raleigh, departed this earthly life on Thursday, October 29, 2015. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at State Street Community Church, 1200 S. State Street at 12:00 PM preceded by a 11:00 AM visitation. Interment takes place at Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner NC. Arrangements by Haywood Funeral Home, Raleigh.
