I didn't know Stacy very long as I had became a member of the Young Men's Bible Class at FUMC some 3 years ago. The times that I spoke with Stacy where always pleasant. I can remember how the class respected Stacy and how they would from time to time point out that Stacy was one of the "founding members" of the YMBC and that he began coming to the class the year I was born, 1952. The other thing that I came to know was that Stacy never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He was an outstanding individual. I will miss him. God bless you and know that he is with our maker.

Annie Laura and Family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Stacy was one of the finest men I have ever known. You and Stacy seemed like grandparents to the kids and me. Everyone could tell that you guys were Christians by your words and deeds. You have truly been an inspiration to Jen, Sarah and me. You have seen us through some hard times and I am truly grateful. Surely, Stacy sits on the right hand of God this day. God Bless.
