Teri Lynn Woodard

November 29, 1952 - August 30, 2018

Raleigh

Teri was born and raised in Raleigh. She studied Drama and Dance at East Carolina University for four years going on to dance in the Lost Colony, Choreograph Paul Greene's State play in Ohio, be artist and residence in Moore county and try her luck in New York City. She came back to live in Raleigh and worked for many years at JC Penney with the good friends she made at the store. She was such a story teller always entertaining others with tales of this that or the other and she will be missed.

She is survived by her sister Melissa Jemison and her brother Woody Woodard and his wife Lynn. If you would like to make a contribution in her memory, please do an act of kindness for another human being in her honor. This would make her smile and be happy.
