Zurich, Switzerland
Terry Leonarz, age 59, died April 08, 2017 at his home, in Zurich Switzerland.
He had a lifelong love of photography and had a unique perspective that created surprising and thought provoking work. He was a passionate and loyal friend and was loved and will be missed by so many people.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Leonarz and brother, Chris Leonarz.
Terry is survived by his father, John Leonarz; sister, Teresa Jeanne Leonarz; daughter Matilda Leonarz who was the light and joy of his life; former wife, Martina Leonarz, both of Zurich Switzerland; companion, Heidi Birrer; aunt, Gladys Weddle of Roanoke, VA; cousins, Julia and Ed Ritterbush, Roger and Lisa Weddle, Lee and Lori Weddle, Kevin Weddle, Mark Weddle, Andrea and Rich Leonarz, Paty and Kurt Holdmeyer, Peter and Inger Leonarz, Doris Leonarz, Marilyn Taggart, Liz Taggart and many other cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that any grudges you may be holding be forgiven.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, VA.
