Wilba Jean Lee

Garner, North Carolina - Wilba Jean Lee, 87, better known as Jean, passed away into the arms of our Lord on January 2, 2026. Born on December 13, 1938 in Johnston County, NC, to the loving arms of the late Milton and Mamie Rogers, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charlie Howard Lee, Sr.; her sister, Ann Hill; and brothers, Bobby, Billy, and Jimmy Rogers.

Jean is survived by her daughters, Kristie Lee, Lisa Bagley (Greg), Tracy Collins (Ray), Shannon Lee Parker, and Kim Young; sons, Charlie H, Lee, Jr. (Karen), Jeff Lee, and Danny Lee (Jeanne); and sisters, Nell Barbour, Priscilla Barteck, and Sue Dennis. She is additionally survived by 24 beloved grandchildren and 35 precious great-grandchildren.

Jean was, above all else, a woman of deep dedication to her family. Her husband, children, and grandchildren were her biggest pride and always brought the brightest smiles to her face. Her hobbies included a love for sewing, cooking, and baking (yes, they are different). In addition to those, Jean was also of musical inclination, both playing piano and singing. She was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star and lived her life along the teachings of Christ.

A period of visitation will take place from 10:00 - 11:00 AM on January 6th, 2026 at Mount Herman Christian Church, 8925 White Oak Road, Garner, NC 27529. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM with the committal following in Mount Herman Christian Church Cemetery.
