Dear Angelo,
My wife, Palma and I have had the pleasure of knowing you and Phyllis for the best part of 50 years. Phyllis was a wonderful human being and now she is a wonderful angel. Always kind, sweet and a good word to share with all. She will be missed, but her goodness never, never will be forgotten. Angelo, may God be with you and your family always.

It was enough for me only 3 months to meet such a beautiful person, very generous and respectful to all who surrounded her, she did not make any distinction of race, religion or social position, always helping others. Just yesterday I found out about his departure and I'm still in shock. I will always remember her with that smile that characterized her. Thank you Mrs. Phyllis Mozilo it was a pleasure working for you. My deepest condolences to Mr. Angelo Mozilo, hoping God will give him strength to move on, remember already he has an angel in heaven and she will take care of him forever and my deepest condolences for the whole Mozilo family

Words don't do much justice at a time like this. It seems that love stories like that are becoming fewer and farther between these days. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mozilos.

The beautiful obituay written by Meagan, the personal memorials the family gave at the church and reception,
the pictures and albums shared, the gathering of so many family and friends says it all! How the family pulled this together in such a short time is a perfect tribute to Phyllis.
She was truly a person, "Now Angel" who will remain in all hearts forever. Thank You, and our love to you all!

Phyllis always seemed to be there as our family grew up with the Mozilo family 2 doors away in Glendale. So much so that seemed she to almost be a second Mother on occasion. Always helpful and kind to us and the various people in our lives we introduced her to. She had the gift of making everybody around her comfortable. We will all miss her dearly!

50 Long years. I could not have asked for a better friend over all of that time. You were there to share the hardships and successes we both encountered in life with grace and humility. I learned a lot from you. Its hard to believe you have left. I dont know how many more years I have left but Ill do my best to never forget the rich times we shared together. Your friend always.

As Angelo always said and we all knew, Phyllis was the Rock of the Mozilo family. It took a woman that strong, that compassionate, and that amazingly dedicated to her family to raise and guide such great kids and grandchildren. I will miss among many other things her smile and laugh, which were not easily given but when they were it lit up the room!

Angelo and Family,
I just want to express my condolences to all of the Mozilo clan for all of your loss. Rosemary and I truly appreciate the life that she provided to all of you, and the grandchildren. We know how devoted she was to all of you. Angelo, after all of these years together, it will be a shock to come home, and know that she isn't cooking or baking in the kitchen, and my friend please know that I will be there to offer support at any time.
We admired Phyllis as a person, and not just as Angelo's better half.
