Dear Adele,Chris,Heather and BJ,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I have such wonderful memories of Barry as I grew up. Barry took me and our other cousin, Bruce, to my first ever rock concert at Iona College - the Beach Boys! I always found Barry easy to talk to and even as a teenager, he would listen and give me excellent advice. I am sorry that we drifted apart as the families moved from the NY area.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember him as a kind, intelligent man, who had a deep caring for students with special needs. You and your children are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Pam Samaha

Dear Adele,
I have often thought of Barry each time we passed through the Bronx near Yankee Stadium. Barry and I had some good times together at Newtown HS. I will always treasure our friendship. Peace of Christ

Dear Adele,
I don't know if you remember me, since we lost contact some thirty years ago.
Nevertheless,I was shocked to learn about Barry. Way too young.
But I will always remember him as the dedicated educator that he was, as well as the man who shared many wonderful experiences with my wife and myself.
Our prayers are with you and the children.

Dear Adele, Christopher, Heather and BJ,

Debbie & I were deeply saddened to learn of Barry's passing. It was somewhat comforting to read that he passed peacefully. At least we have fond memories to fall back on. We hope our prayers and the prayers of other friends and family will provide consolation during this difficult time.
