Bruce was one of the most energettic, fun loving person i have ever met in my short life. He lived to give and would do just about anything for his friends and loved ones. Its such a shame to see him pass at such a young age but at least he is finally out of pain. Ive spent a lot of time with him and his kids which are 2 of my best friends the past few years and I am very greatful that I was lucky enough to know such a genuine, honest and just all out great man. He was like a second father to me and will always be an insperation to me throughout my life. Rest In Peace Bruce. Wish you were here

Bruce was a great friend we use to go fishing all the time he was the one that made me love bass fishing and his whole life was Brett and Shawn Bruce would do anything for his friends I will miss him deeply.

Esther, Brett and Shawn... my heart goes out to you and your entire family. While only having met Bruce a handful of times, he was an absolute lovable sweetheart and his kindness and caring will live on in his sons I am sure. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

He was a great man. Honored to have known him and to have spent some time with him before he was taken. I will miss him dearly and cherish the memories that I have of and with him. He was like a second father to me and someone who will always live on in my heart and soul. My deepest condolences are with you the whole Monroe family and anyone who was especially close to Bruce. My thoughts and prayers are also with all of you in this time of need.

Bruce was the besr friend i ever. i have so many great memories of him. he introduced me to my wife of almost twenty years, he helped build a bridge to re-connected me with people in my family whom i love very much.he taught me to fish and to some how enjoy the sport of hockey.he always made me laugh and has always been there when someone was in need with no question"s asked.a truer friend i"ll never find.we"ll all miss you bam, resr in peace
