I am grateful for having had the privilege of working with and learning from Eddie for the better part of 25 years. He was a man of great talent and strong opinions and was never shy about sharing those opinions. He also had a big heart and a great sense of humor. He will truly be missed by those of us who were lucky enough to be a part of his work family.

Eddie (Barry), you were one of the best ones out there. Thank you for all the love you gave my best friend. You gave her the love and care most women only dream about. I will miss not being able to call you in our birthday month or you calling me your little pet names. I will think of you everytime I drive on your favorite road, 222. Love ya buddy, until we meet again. ❤

How does one express oneself when your heart is broken and in tears, Eddie was the kind of friend that comes along once in a lifetime. He was a giant amongst men and only dwarfed by the size of his kind heart. He made you feel at ease no matter what the situation was, loved to make you laugh at life no matter what the situation was. He is my hero!! He took a lot of physical abuse the last two years but never gave up, a real fighter! Some day I hope and pray that I will go with the same grace that he did.. We will miss him with all our hearts, but he will always be there in our memories. Not to forget he was the best barbecuer I know!

Eddie, you will be sadly missed by many. I always laughed, when I would call Pat and you answered, to hear you say... Hi, Sheree from NM and then yell to Patty...it's Sheree from NM. I'll surely miss that. May you rest in peace.

RIP my friend all the years at DRS you would always make me laugh and you were always there to help me out when in need. I’ll never forget hot pepper pizza, NASCAR fantasy racing and our talks about Dallas Cowboys and my New York Giants. You have a heart of gold. You will be missed.
