I remember Ted fondly - my dad and I ran the 4-miler several times together and always met up with Ted afterward. They were great friends since the WCSU days. I am sorry for your loss, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have fond memories of Ted bringing his square dancing classes to the Student Center air-conditioning during the summer. My office was right next door and I had a front row seat to watch his daily magic with his students. Claire, he was deeply loved and admired by his students and colleagues. I am but one of them. Your children had a fine man for a Dad.

I just learned from friends of Ted's passing. I only knew him thru square dancing. He was an amazing fellow and a good caller and always wanted to learn more about calling and the activity in general. In fact, he allowed me to teach one of his square dancing courses at WestConn, and I often would suggest his name for a "fun night" if I
couldn't be there myself. Please bless his memory, his legacy, and let him rest in peace and call in heaven. Although I moved from CT to AZ in 2006, I will always remember Ted favorably, as he liked to be called.

In Christian sympathy, I am:
