My dear friend and colleague Elyssa left us way too soon. I was grief stricken to hear of her passing. I had known her for at least five years in different capacities. I deepy admired her deep fountain of knowledge, her sincerity and genuiness was unlike anyone'e i had ever known, She helped me find myself in ways that no one else could. I am indebted tp her memory and pray that her soul lives on in others the way it lives in mine.
I don't feel that I'll ever know anyone quite as unique and giving as Elyssa. You are in my heart always dear Elyssal

Oh, what a loss! I am stunned to hear this news. Dr. Harte was such a caring and knowledgeable person. Her guidance was invaluable. Her affect on many lives will live on. I am so very shocked and saddened to hear of Dr. Harte's sudden passing. She helped me immensely when I lived in CT, and I continued as her patient after I moved to FL. I know she will be truly missed by so many people. My deepest sympathies to her family & closest friends.

Words cannot express the profound sense of sadness surrounding the sudden loss of Dr. Elyssa Harte; my doctor, my counselor and friend. She was a truly gifted and talented gentle soul. I am heartbroken to learn of Dr. Harte's passing. She was a wonderful person and my trusted doctor for the past five years. She showed interest and compassion in my well-being and I could always depend on her to point me in the right direction concerning my health. I will miss her medical guidance and peaceful demeanor. She will be in my thoughts and prayers and I will think of her whenever I pass the cute little red house on Mill Plain Road where her office was. Dr Harte helped us when all other doctors couldn't. She put her healing hands in front of us all. Every visit she would amaze me "she figured it out again!" Alyssa listened without ever a distraction, no detail was insignificant. Her peace and centeredness were contageous.

I am sadly stunned to hear of Dr. Harte's sudden passing. She was a beautiful person and an amazing doctor who helped my entire family with several issues. I will always remember her in the most beautiful light. My prayers go out to her family as they have to continue on the journey without her.

Dr. Harte was the only "doctor" I ever wanted to go to. If I had a problem she was the first person I would call (if fact I did that a few days before she passed). She was so easy to connect with and share your ailments and concerns. I am deeply saddened as is my family - I feel like I have lost an anchor in my life and a friend. I hope that her garden in outside her office door can live on in her honor! Let the healing continue.

I am grateful for the gift of healing the Lord gave to Dr. Harte. She was able to help me through some difficult health challenges. She was excellent at what she did in her practice. Dr. Harte will be sorely missed. I attended Bastyr University with her and we stayed in touch throughout her career. She was an intelligent, kind, caring doctor and did amazing service for the naturopathic profession.

Dr Harte was a unique woman. She stood out in her field and excelled in what she studied.She was a source of deep comfort to her patients and kept evolving in spirit because of her constant work and efforts. She was a model of a professional therapist and inspired me in my own work and private affairs. Dr Harte cannot be replaced in style and substance. I carry with me some profound memories of our work together and cherish our relationship. She is at peace now and I take solace in that.

What an amazing woman she was to have sacrificed so much for her patients,she worked so hard for so many years and she deeply cared about making a difference in people's lives. She touched our daily lives in so many ways from the food on our plate to the deodorant we wear. Like a mother she taught me life skills that will continue to follow me..she taught me how to eat right,exercise,look out for myself and how to choose a healthful environment (mentally,emotionally,physically, spritiaully). She made me a stronger, more healthful person that took an active role in their health. I was her first patient when she moved to Connecticut,and she's been the first physician worthy of the title "Doctor". She was a truly talented physician and an unforgetable old soul.

I've known my beautiful friend, Elyssa,
since early, 1981. Our last conversation was Friday, the day before
her soul left her body. I miss her inconsolably. I know that her sweet soul is at peace and take comfort that
she is 'home' and experiencing bliss--all the things we believed and talked about.
How blessed am I to have had the privilege of knowing my friend and so
glad of the many times I thanked her for BEING in my life. All that I have
accomplished, the evolvement of my
soul, is due in great part to her gentle guidance, humor and wisdom.

Debora and I will always be proud to consider Elyssa as our doctor and our friend.
As our doctor, her knowledge and perception were unmatched. She listened, which doesn't sound like much, but I have found that to be a rare trait in a doctor. She let you participate in the process of identifying the right diagnosis, as well as, the right course of action. She also showed the confidence to work with other medical professionals in a team effort to solve problems that arose. She was always correct, and as our doctor un-replaceable.
Elyssa was also our friend. She was kind and caring with a great sense of humor. Easy to talk to, she was always available for sound advise. Again, traits that are un-replaceable. To say she will be missed is an under statement and she will always be in our hearts. Our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to her family and staff. Elyssa, rest in peace you will not be forgotten.

Dr. Harte had an amazing spirit and dedication to healing others. I feel so blessed that she touched my life and that of our family. We are broken hearted that she is gone. A life cut too short but none the less - a life well lived. Our three children have many warm memories and positive experiences under her care. They will never forget her. Dr. Harte always said to me that one day "you wont need me anymore" because her goal was to teach her patients to heal themselves and their children. Words cannot express the impact she left on me.
