Irving Morey Obituary
Irving Frederick Morey, 77, died at Danbury Hospital on April 10, 2013. He was born in Danbury on a farm on September 24, 1935, son of the late Irving and Marguerite Butler Morey. Husband of Victoria Shook-Morey and predeceased by his first wife Olive Schultz Morey.
He graduated from Bethel Schools in 1953, and entered the National Guard, serving from 1953 to 1965. He worked for Rich Construction in Ridgefield as a mason for 3 years. Was a milk delivery man for Marcus Dairy for 14 years. He owned Town & Country Sanitation from 1969 to 1992 at which time he retired. He then worked part-time in the New Fairfield school cafeteria for a few years which he enjoyed so much. He worked on several farms in the area growing up.
Besides his wife he survived by 2 sons: Dale Morey and wife Kathleen, William Morey and wife Louise, 2 daughters: Michele Fragomeli and husband John, Leslie Koellmer and husband John; 7 grandchildren: Christopher and Courtney Fragomeli, John Paul Jr., Olive, and Tyler Koellmer, Heather and Erica Morey. Also survived by 3 step-children: Stephanie Martin, George French and Jennifer French, 7 step grandchildren: Alex and Luciano, Cassie, Julia and Asher, Keith and Samantha; and 2 step great grandchildren: Madison and Ava; several sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister: Clara Magilton and brother in law: Wilbert Magilton.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Animal Welfare Society, 8 Dodd Rd., New Milford, CT 06776.
Services and burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Hull Funeral Home, 60 Division St., Danbury is handling arrangements. Information and online condolences at HullFuneralService.com.

Dad its been almost a month already and everyday I wait for your call but it doesn't come. We all miss you so much. You so much a part ofour lives, helping us do everything. Olive is receiving a leadership award at school and I'd about to finish first year of college abd ty is playing ball. Love you. Give everyone with you a hug and kiss for us
