Margaret Faynor Obituary

Margaret M. Faynor Margaret M. (Gaudioso) Faynor of Bethel, wife of the late Samuel P. Faynor, died at Bethel Healthcare Wednesday, May 21, 2008. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., March 6, 1916, daughter of the late Antonio and Concetta (Tartaglia) Gaudioso. Prior to her marriage to Samuel in 1942, Mrs. Faynor worked in the office in the Philadelphia Naval Yard. She took pride in being a homemaker who dedicated her life to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was a parishioner of St. Peter Church in Danbury and was a member of their Ladies Guild. She was a good friend and neighbor who enjoyed caring for those she loved. A loving mother and grandmother, she is now at peace with the Lord. She will be sadly missed by her only child, her daughter, Margaret Kyparissiotis and her wonderful husband, Kosta of Danbury and Palm Bay, Fla. Margaret was an exceptionally sweet, happy and caring grandmother and will be sorely missed by her only granddaughter, Theodosia Kyparissiotis and grandson, Vasilios Kypar-issiotis; and a great-grandson. She also leaves behind her sister, Evelyn Qualtieri of Pennsylvania; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was predeceased by her seven brothers and sisters. A Funeral Service will be held at the Chapel in St. Peter Cemetery at 10:15 a.m., Saturday, May 24, 2008. There no calling hours.
