Aug. 28,1932 - Mar. 29, 2025
Nancy E. Camp, 92, of New Fairfield, CT, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025, at Bethel Health Care Center. Born in Maine on August 28, 1932, she was the daughter of Edith and Ralph J. Roberds. Nancy graduated from Hall High School in West Hartford, CT, and Central Connecticut State University. For 27 years, she worked at Dr. Donald Ginand's veterinary office in Brookfield.
A lover of animals, an excellent cook, and an avid genealogist, Nancy had a deep appreciation for art, music, and literature. She was predeceased by her husband, Peter Melvin Camp, and son, Timothy Paul Camp. She is survived by her daughter, Martha Camp of Bethel, CT; her sister, Sally Motzer of Shelburne, VT; and other family members.
The family thanks the Bethel Health Care Center and RVNA Hospice for their care. Donations may be made to RVNA Hospice, 27 Governor Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at Cornell Memorial Home, Danbury, CT, with a private burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
