Rita Malhotra Obituary
After a long and courageous battle, beloved mother and wife Rita Malhotra, 64, of Bethel, CT peacefully passed away on February 7, 2016 surrounded by family. Rita was born in Amritsar, India on July 9, 1951 to the late Yag W. Kashyap and Raj Kohli. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Surin; two daughters; Tina Malhotra and Amie Klepack, son-in-law Adam Klepack and her twin grandsons, Connor and Noah Klepack. She is also survived by a sister, Deepti Singh. Although we are left with heavy hearts her spirit will live deep within us forever. Rita greatly impacted everyone who met her, to know her was to love her. Above all, she was devoted to her family, especially to her girls. After cremation, her ashes will be dispersed in Holy River Ganges in India. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rita's name to Regional Hospice and Home Care, 30 Milestone Rd, Danbury, CT 06810 or online at www.regionalhospicect.org

Today is the sixth anniversary, I have missed you, but you have been there every day in spirit. I always feel your presence. The two beautiful girls are blossoming into happy and responsible young ladies and are happily building their family on the path you guided them on. I see in them your love and love for life. They are kindhearted like you and have your great qualities. Both the bubbas, Noah and Connor are always making drawings of Nani and remember you with fondness.
On thanksgiving they had saved a place for you on the table and had put a drawing with Nani written on it. They will be ten next month and remember the four years they spent in your lap fondly. Adam and Sean have become a happy part of our family and remember you often when we meet.

IT has been a long Five Years without you. however I feel your presence everyday. Whenever I am in a fix or facing an issue, I always look through your eyes and you guide me to the right destination. Your happy times give me encouragement and bring a smile to my face. Your love and dedication to the two beautiful angels you brought into our life are there for me . You would have loved the lockdown as you loved to spend time at home with all and I miss your cooking.
All is well and I am doing the best I can with the girls and the kidos.

dear Tina and Amie my heart goes out to you in your grief. I came to know of her demise a couple of days back when i left a voice message to her phone and got a call back from your dad. I haven't met both of you but know quite a bit about you through Rita. You and her grand twins were always in her conversations. Her demise is a personal loss to me. I have lost a great friend.She will always remain in my thoughts. May God give you strength to bear the loss of mother a beautiful soul
