Peggy, no words seem to be adequate, but please accept my deepest sympathy. As you know, worked with Bill at USB; no need to tell you what a fine young man he was; I know you and his family are grieving and my prayer for all of you is one of emotional healing; that memories of your time together will bring you all some comfort during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace and may that peace embrace you all.

Bill was full of life. While I mourn for his family and vast network of friends because his has departed from this realm, I rejoice that heaven just got a fantastic addition!
