Kevin Bulak, 49, of Phoenix, Arizona and formerly of Spring Valley passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix,
The private funeral service for Kevin was held at the Barto Funeral Home in Spring Valley on Friday, January 6, 2023 with Rev. Scott Potthoff officiating. Burial was at Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
Kevin was born on May 30, 1973 in Spring Valley to Timothy and Linda (Jeneski) Bulak.
He is survived by his father, Tim of Spring Valley; a brother, Greg (Teri) Bulak of Spring Valley; a niece, Lauren; a nephew, Alec.
Kevin was preceded in death by his mother in 2018.

I am very sorry to hear this. It has been a long time since I last saw Kevin but he was nice kid. He was always good for a laugh and would give the shirt off of his back to any friend. Kevin was never anything but respectful and kind to me and my family. My condolences to the Bulak family.
