Carlos Kelly, 80, formerly of Waynesboro/Fishersville, Va., passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at home in Asheboro, N.C.
He was born in Abraham, West Virginia on November 30, 1940, a son of the late Ernest and Lola Kelly. He was also preceded in death by a brother.
Carlos was a proud veteran of the United States Army and was retired from E.I. DuPont in Waynesboro. He also owned his own business as a licensed Master
Electrician for many years. He and his wife enjoyed remodeling homes after retirement.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years, Betty (Ocheltree); daughter Carla May and son-in-law, Ken and son Steev and daughter-in-law, Carla. He is also survived by two brothers.
A private memorial will be held at Thornrose Cemetery in Staunton, Va., in the spring.
