Charles Edward "Spud" Spears, 86, of Waynesboro, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 17, 2025 at his home. He was born in Waynesboro on March 28, 1939, a son of the late Clayborne and Christine (Washington) Spears.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Oak Grove Baptist Restoration Ministries, 223 Oak Grove Church Rd, Waynesboro.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Charlton and Groome Funeral Home.
