SEAFORD - Jennifer Lynn Hoffman passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
Jennifer was born February 18, 1991 in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
She attended Southern Maryland Community College in Calvert County, Md. and Delaware Technical and Community College where she studied nursing.
She worked as a C.N.A. at Bayhealth Sussex Campus in Milford.
She enjoyed hiking in nature and at the beach. She had a passion for life and caring for her family and patience.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Ethel and David Dill; father and stepmother, Kevin and Christina Hoffman; sisters, Rachel Hoffman and Jennifer Larsen; three brothers, David Grierson, Patrick Nelson and Robert Grierson; and her kitty, Callie.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 3, 2021 at 3 p.m. in the sanctuary of Old Paths Church of Christ, 18295 Redden Road, Georgetown, DE 19947, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Burial will be private. Those attending must wear a mask and adhere to distancing and gathering protocols.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.

Jennifer I am so sorry this happened to you, you sweet human. Your compassion and friendliness always stood out. You always went the extra step to help people and you were never afraid to be someone's advocate.
I only found out when I went on Facebook to wish you happy birthday.
