Robert L. Craig , 89
DOVER - Robert L. Craig passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
He was born January 29, 1932, in New Straitsville, Ohio to the late Edward Craig and Myrtle Webb Craig.
Mr. Craig served in the United States Air Force for 22 years, retiring as TSGT. He was a member of USAF Sergeants Association as well as The American Legion, Walter L. Fox Post #2. Mr. Craig was a veteran of the Vietnam War, huge supporter of the POW/MIA, and usher at the DAFB Chapel on base. He worked at the Kent General Hospital, doing medical supply for 20 years. Mr. Craig loved sports, officiating high school sports, baseball, basketball, and football. Extreme fan of the Cleveland Browns Team, and enjoyed a good puzzle or making string art.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by son, Charles Dale Craig; two sisters; and three brothers; as well as his loving granddaughter, Mary Allyson Craig.
Mr. Craig is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Greta Craig of Dover; son, Robert "Glenn" Craig and wife June of Smyrna; grandchildren, Dana, Jaclyn and Zachary Craig; great-grandchildren, Macey, Aiden and Ava.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Rd., Bear, DE 19701.

I will always remember Mr Craig as a sweet, gentle soul and a fabulous person. I was blessed to meet him when his grand-daughters attended CCA. I am so sorry he is gone from this earth. Rest well, you sweet and faithful servant!
