SMYRNA - Our Beloved Wade "BoBo" William Linford Knight, Jr., age 22, of Smyrna, was welcomed by His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to his Heavenly home on Dec. 20, 2017. Wade Jr. (who was lovingly known by his nickname Bobo, which his family gave him) was born on May 17, 1995 in New Brunswick, N.J. and is the son of Wade William Knight, Sr. of Dover, and Yolanda Elizabeth Knight of Smyrna. Wade Jr. is a "Born-Again" Christian believer and was raised in a Christian household. He loved his Father God and was truly a living example of Father God's second commandment, "love your neighbors as you love yourself." He loved and lived by Psalms 23.
Wade Jr. consistently used his God-given spiritual, gifts and talents and was a hard worker who love challenges, the word "can't" was not in his vocabulary. He enjoyed playing football in High School, he has some college, he enjoyed fishing, snowboarding, dirt bike riding, and working on his vehicles. Wade Jr. became a young owner of his independent moving company, "Moving With Champ".
Celebrating his Home Going and cherishing his memory forever. Wade Jr. is survived by his parents, Wade and Yolanda Knight; his sister, Yolanda Knight: his brothers, William, Wayne and Yamir Knight, all of Smyrna; his sister, Sade of Philadelphia, Pa.; and a numerous host of extended family members and friends. Wade Jr. is also survived by his girlfriend, Breanna Wharton whom he also loved deeply.
Because blue is Wade's favorite color, we would like for everyone to wear something blue. The family would also like to thank everyone, near and far for all your support.
A viewing will be offered on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, located at 20 W. Mt. Vernon Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery in Smyrna.
