Joyce Tedder Crosby
ASTATULA - Joyce Tedder Crosby formally of Clewiston and Belle Glade peacefully passed away December 13, 2015 in Tavares, Florida. She was born in DeLeon Springs, Florida on June 14, 1929. While in the Glades area she was employed with The Quaker Oats / Great Lakes Chemical Company. Upon retirement, she moved to Astatula, Florida to join her brother J. A. Tedder in the sod and cattle business. Joyce is survived by two daughters, Susan Crosby of Astatula, Amy Stanton (Matt) of Clewiston; one son, Eddie Crosby (Kathy) also of Clewiston; and two sisters, Nancy Paff of Brooksville, Florida and Joanne Wilder of Delray Beach, Florida. A memorial service will be held in DeLeon Springs on January 3, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice of Lake County.
