Andrew Morrone Obituary

Morrone, Andrew Andrew Morrone, 92, of Hamden and East Haven, died Feb. 17, 2013 at Arden House, after a long illness. He was the husband of the late Bridget Vissicchio Morrone and Ann Misbach Morrone. Andrew was born in New York City, Aug. 7, 1920 the son of the late Angelo and Mary Ruberto Morrone and was a bookkeeper for Hamden Machines and Whalley Glass, prior to his retirement. He is surivived by his children, Anna Morrone of Hamden, Mrs. Gerald (Linda) Lucibella of Wethersfield and Angelo (June) Morrone of Norwich, grandchildren, Nicholas, Nicole, Katherine, Jacqualine, Victoria, Andrew and Cory and 2 great-grandchildren, Christian and Alana. Funeral Thursday at 10:30 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St. Ann's Church at 11 o'clock. Interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Friends may call Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30. A special thanks to the staff at Arden House for their special care and concern.

I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing.My Mom,Camille Russo,was a very close friend of your Mom and Dad when they all lived in Hamden. My Mom always spoke of your parents with such love...they were truly good friends. My Mom passed away two years ago this month. Now they're all together again. My deepest sympathy to your family.
