Barbara DiBenedetto
Barbara Miller DiBenedetto, 73, departed this life peacefully on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, in New Haven Connecticut at home with her family.
Barbara was born on February 5, 1948 in New Haven Connecticut to Emma T. Miller and the late Robert Miller.
Barbara worked for Visiting Nurse Association for many years before moving to Mt. Gilead, North Carolina in 2000, where she lived until she became ill. Barbara leaves many to cherish her memories, daughters Dawn DiBenedetto, Kim DiBenedetto-Rogers (Edgar), Tracey Webb (Kelvin), and Vinise Cook (Jerry), 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
Barbara is also survived by her siblings, brother Levon Miller (Sondra), sisters Marlene Pratt (Richard) and Teresa Miller, and sister-in-law Joann Miller. She also leaves a host of family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Vincent DiBenedetto, grandson Isaiah Conyers, brother Marvin Miller, and father Robert Miller. A celebration of life will be held Fri., Nov. 19, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Temple Church Of God of Christ, 285 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, CT 06511. Calling hour 10 A.M until time of service. Interment will be private. Services of comfort entrusted to McClam Funeral Home, 95 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, CT 06511.
