Barbara Niederschmidt Obituary
Passed away peacefully, July 9, 2021, at age 101. Survived by daughters Sharon (Niederschmidt) and Gail (Wasilewski); grandchildren Lisa (Niederschmidt-Powell), Kimberly (Wasilewski-Pestka), Amy (Wasilewski-Sheldon) and Marc (Wasilewski). Great grandchildren Isabel and Hudson (Powell) and John Robert (Wasilewski). Predeceased my her husband Orval H, son Warren, grandson Brian (Niederschmidt), sister Geraldine (Alling), son-in-law Robert (Wasilewski), daughter-in-law Bonita (Wayne-Niederschmidt) and Virginia (Monge-Niederschmidt). Born and raised in New Haven, CT moving to North Haven, CT to raise her family in a loving community with dear friends and neighbors, After 45 years she moved to Rush, NY to be closer to family. She was an avid reader and loved crossword puzzles. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed. A celebration of life by her family will take place at a future date.
