Dina Berluti Ambrosini, 99, passed away peacefully at Shady Knoll Health Care Center in Seymour on October 20, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Armand Ambrosini for 79 years. Dina was born in Framingham, MA on February 11, 1919 to the late Antonio and Valburga Morini Berluti and grew up in Revere, MA. She was the retired co-proprietor of The Unique Blend Gift Shop in New York, having previously worked in retail. She and her husband enjoyed spending the winter months in Arizona with her daughter and son-in-law. A devout Catholic, Dina was a loving mother to four surviving children, Anna (late Russell) of West Haven, Elaine (John) Galish of Arizona, Alexander (Marlene) Ambrosini of Virginia, and Armand Ambrosini of Oklahoma. She is also survived by one brother, Adam Berluti, 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Dina was predeceased by a brother, James Berluti, and sisters Gina Fulvi, Lole Mulley, Mary Martin and Delores Sanso. Friends and family may visit the Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm Street, West Haven on Friday October 26, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Lawrence Church, 207 Main Street, West Haven.
