Dolores Yester Obituary

YESTER, DOLORES Dolores Mary Yester, 92, of Branford passed away peacefully in Connecticut Hospice on Friday, April 26th after a brief illness. She was the widow of Edward J. Yester, Sr. Dolores was born in New Haven, a daughter of the late Salvatore and Carmela Cicarella Liguore. She was the loving mother of Edward J. Yester, Jr., Richard (Mindy) Yester and Kenneth R. Yester; the beloved grandmother of Cheryl Suppe, Michael (Melissa) Baylis, Douglas Yester and Eric Yester; and the devoted great-grandmother of Frankie, Kaitlyn and Luke. She also leaves a sister, Beatrice Dutcher and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dolores was predeceased by a daughter, Janice Baylis, a grandson, Keith Suppe, and siblings Salvatore Liguore, Jr., Paula Overcash, Eleanor Williams and Leonard Liguore. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. The W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford, is in care of arrangements.
