I was very proud to know Frank as a friend.. and a neighbor.. he was very much larger than life. He was courageous in his battle, he was so proud of his children and his grandchildren and spoke of them often. He was very kind. Rest easy Frank.

Frank:. Thanks for spending time recently with me and my family. Melissa, Briana, Todd and Lenny enjoyed talking with you. I had a fun time with you at the church family. You are a great friend and brother. You always would say that you didn't believe that we knew each other for 30 years. I appreciated the dinner that you insisted on making for me even when you weren't feeling that well. Your video on the penguins was fun to watch, and I know you loved watching it. Lol. You will be truly missed. Love, Viv & Family

I never had a conversation with Frank, either in person, on the phone, or via e-mail, when I didn't come away feeling better for the experience, and with a smile on my face. I met him years ago when he hired me as his lawyer. I later came to find out, years after the fact, that Frank referred me numerous clients, without taking any credit for it. That's how generous a man he was. He did things for people out of the goodness of his heart- expecting nothing in return. He also never missed an opportunity to tell me how proud he was of his children and, of course, his grandchildren. I can't find a word in English to describe him better than the Yiddish word 'mensch'. Frank will be missed by the many people whose lives he touched. My deepest sympathies to his family.
