Gail Egan Obituary
Gail A. (White) Egan, 83, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2025, in Cheshire, CT.
Gail is survived by her children, Janice Egan of Wallingford, CT, Joanne Chapdelaine of Wallingford, CT, Patrick (Lisa) Egan of New Haven, CT, and her sister Judith Souza of Dighton, MA. She was grandmother to Thomas Chapdelaine, Sarah Chapdelaine, Maggie Egan, Olivia Egan, and great-grandmother of Theo Santana. She was preceded in death by her parents, Georgianna and Jesse White.
During her final days, she received exceptional care from Franciscan Hospice. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to her nurse Caren, and her aide, Tassana for their compassion and comfort during her final days.
The family kindly requests that any gestures of sympathy be directed towards contributions to Franciscan Hospice, 267 Finch Ave., Meriden, CT 06451 in recognition of their outstanding care and support of Gail.
Arrangements – Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements. For online condolences, to share a photo or a story, please visit www.fordfh.com.
