Ian Ganassi of New Haven, Connecticut, passed peacefully early Sunday morning, Dec. 7th, 2025. He was 70 years old.
Ian was a passionate and prolific poet, publishing three books, Mean Numbers, True for the Moment, and By This Time, and appearing in countless poetry and literature publications. Ian was also an accomplished Latin percussionist and a visual artist.
He will be greatly missed.
Ian is survived by his siblings Jill, Elinn and David and niece Tessa.
A memorial gathering will be held at a future date, to be announced.
