In Meriden October 6, 2018 Jacques M. Gagnon 81, of North Haven. Beloved husband of Georgiann Poulin Gagnon. Loving father of Jacqueline Cook (Brian) of Meriden, brother of Murielle Gagnon Rompre, Lise Gagnon Lamontagne, Micheline Gagnon Jubinville, Claude, Richard, Gilles, Pierre Gagnon and Charles Dufour. Also survived by his cherished grandson Trevor Cook. Predeceased by a son Christian Gagnon and siblings Jeanne, Denis, Michel, Jean, Marc and Paul. Mr. Gagnon was born on January 14, 1937 in Lac Megantic, Quebec Canada son of the late Lucien and Alice Gagnon. Prior to his retirement he was a self employed carpenter for many years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Church. Friends are asked to go directly to church. Calling hours are Thursday from 4 - 8 p.m. in Sisk Brothers Funeral Home 3105 Whitney Ave. Hamden. In lieu of flowers contributions to a charity of one's choice.
