MOSCATO, JOHN E. John E. Moscato, of East Haven, died at Apple Rehab/Laurel Woods of East Haven on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. He was predeceased by his wife Marie Montesano Moscato. He was born in New Haven on November 14, 1933 to the late Angelo and Maria C. DeLuca Moscato. He worked for many years as an Operating Engineer for several companies, including Inzero Construction. After retiring from Inzero he ran the Branford Coin Laundry for several years. John is survived by a sister, Sylvia Apuzzo of East Haven, many Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews, Great Great, Nieces and Nephews and three Great Great Great, Nieces. He was predeceased by two brothers, Michael and Dominic Moscato and four sisters, Carmel Ventura, Rosie Hardy, Josie Bradley and Susan DeLillo. John’s family would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank You”, to the entire staff and support system at Laurel Woods/Apple Rehab of East Haven. Your love and care for our uncle and brother has been truly appreciated. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in St. Clare Church, East Haven on Monday, September 28, 2015, at 11 am.
