I was sorry to hear of Joe´s untimely passing. Joe and I attended Hamden High School together. Later we both taught Science for many years at Hamden. Joe was an excellent teacher. He was well-liked by both students and colleagues and was an excellent role model. His quick smile and easy demeanor will be missed by many.

To the Oddo Family,
Mr. Oddo was by far the best teacher I ever had. If he only knew what an impact he had on me. My he rest in peace. Please know there are holes in the floor of Heaven, he will always be there watching over and listening to you. So feel the sun and know it is his huge smile and kisses, thunder is his infectious laugh and the rain are his tears together reminding you he is with you always. R.I.P. Mr. Oddo until we meet again
