Dear Shiela, Joe, Jr. & Family,
It is with much sadness reading Joe's obituary today. I had the pleasure of working with Joe for several years at Juvenile Court when I was just 18, (in the late 60's) and in more recent years when he worked near the center in West Haven. A great guy, a gentle man, he will be missed by all who had the pleasure to meet him. So very sorry for your loss.
