OLSON, KATHY E. Kathy Ellen Newman Olson, 66, of Mansfield Drive, Northford passed away Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Hospital of St. Raphael. Born in New Haven on March 3, 1945; daughter of the late Edmund F. and Margaret Stevens Newman. Kathy had worked as an Accountant for Specialized Packaging Co. (SPC) for many years until her retirement and was a member of the Hamden Elks Lodge. Sister of Kenneth E. Newman (Cheryl) of Niskayuna, NY and Kurt Allen Newman (Laura) of Springfield, MO. Life partner of Ronald Sabbatino of Northford. Aunt of Kathryn, Boston, MA, Koren, Clifton Park, NY, Kiersten, Queens, NY, Katherine and Kallei both of Springfield, MO. Private funeral services will be conducted from the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in the North Haven Center Cemetery.
