I met Louise in 1998 working at the Yale Primary Care Clinic. She was a phenomenal Nurse Practitioner who took amazing care of her patients. The patients and their families loved her. She was very caring, kind, professional, and a joy to work with. She taught me so much and made me a better nurse. She was an incredible mentor to so many. She was a great friend and loved to cook. She was always trying new recepies and sharing. She loved entertaining at her home that she adored. She was very special to me and I will forever cherish the memories with her. Thank you Louise, may you rest in peace.... until we meet again. My sincerest sympathy to your family and friends.

So sorry to read of Louise passing. Met her when she worked in Hamden. She helped me with my diabetes - I'm fortunate to have met her and considered her my friend as well as a nurse I still miss her - she had the most positive and pleasant manner. There will never be any else like her. Sincere sympathy to you and your family.

Deepest condolences to Louise's family and friends. She was a good friend for many years. When I think of her, I will always remember her laughter, witty comments, and warmth. She touched the hearts of many people throughout the years. Her friendship will never be forgotten.

I met Louise when I worked at the Primary Care Center at St Raphael's Hospital. She was an energetic, compassionate clinician and a wonderful role model on how to advocate for patients and for oneself. She was fun and she was lovely. May her memory be a blessing.

I was a long-time patient of Louise when she was in Hamden. She was a wonderful person and always upbeat. I remember the day she told me she was retiring and relocating to South Carolina. She was so excited about starting life in warmer weather and near the beach. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. Heaven just got another Angel.
