Lucile Shaw Obituary
Mrs. Lucile Robinson McFadden Shaw, 94, of West Haven, entered eternal rest on Friday, September 8, 2023. She was born in Greeleyville, SC on September 4, 1929 to the late Willie Allison Robinson and Mary Wilson Robinson. She was loved deeply by her family and her memories will be forever cherished.
She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Mary Louise McFadden Gines, Julius McFadden, Sr., Rainey McFadden, Jr., Leroy Shaw and George Wheeler Shaw; sister, Ida Mae Keels; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by two children, Shuler Robinson, Sr. and Ella Mae McFadden Jones.
A celebration of her life will take place Monday, September 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at The New Trinity Temple COGIC, 285 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT 06511. Friends may call Monday at the church from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven. Services by Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St., New Haven, CT 06511.
