SIMMONS, MAYKLEE JANAE Mayklee Janae Simmons, 4 mos. died Nov. 11, 2011 at Yale-NHH. She was the daughter of Matthew E. Simmons, and Tekiya Kiafia Cutino, both of New Haven. She is survived by her twin sister, Makalynn Janae Simmons, paternal grandmother, Diane Simmons and maternal grandmother Darlene Gilbert. Services are Fri. Nov. 18, 2011 at 10 am, viewing 9-10 am at Joy Temple Church, 424 Howard Ave., New Haven. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery. www.keyesfuneralhome.com
