To Mikes´s family and friends; I´m sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I worked with Mike for much of his time at AGC. His background and knowledge in the industry were an asset that will be a challenge to replace. He was an extremely busy man with a never ending list of duties and decisions to be made. Mike was always approachable and kind to everyone. I truly enjoyed working and talking with him. He was my go-to-guy to talk with at gatherings outside of the workplace. I only wish there had been more of them.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of our colleague and friend, Mike K. Mike was someone whose presence brought comfort, kindness, and humor into our workplace. Every time I passed by his office, I would ask, "How are you, Mike?" and he would reply with his familiar, light-hearted "Still here." It´s hard to believe that those small moments, ones I looked forward to, are now cherished memories.
Just last Friday, we spent nearly half an hour talking in his office about work, and as always, he was patient, supportive, and ready to help. That was simply who Mike was, a man who helped everyone, without hesitation and without ever expecting anything in return.
Mike and I shared birthdays just a day apart his on March 24 and mine on March 25, and we never missed wishing each other. Those simple exchanges reflected the warmth and friendship he extended to everyone around him.
We will miss him deeply, his guidance, his kindness, and the steady presence he brought to our days. Until we meet him on the other side, we carry his memory with us and hold his family and loved ones in our prayers & hearts during this difficult time.
