Ninon Chaet Obituary
Ninon Lacey Chaet, 99, passed away on July 28, 2022. A resident of The Whitney Center, Ninon was born in Keene, NH, on March 23, 1923. Ninon was an accomplished artist whose work was exhibited in many galleries and museums. She graduated from the Boston School of the Fine Arts in 1947, where she met her husband, Bernard, and resided in New Haven and Rockport, MA. She was predeceased by her three brothers. Survivors include her daughter, Leah Vogel (David) of Woodbridge CT; and granddaughters, Lacey Vogel of Boston, MA and Diana Vogel of New York City. Gifts may be made in her memory to the Whitney Center Gift Fund, 200 Leeder Hill Dr., Hamden, CT 06517. There is no service planned.

My Lovely Aunt Ninon you were part of my fondest memories as a child visiting you in Rockport and swimming in the quarries. I'll never forget watching you move with grace through the kitchen making fish stew or bouillou base. Rest in peace and give Uncle Bernard a hug for me.
