Robert DeAngelo Obituary
Robert DeAngelo, 81 of North Haven, Connecticut passed away on June 15, 2023, with family by his side. Robert was born and raised in New Haven and was a graduate of Wilbur Cross High School class of '59. He was a long-time employee and retiree of Armstrong Rubber/Pirelli Tire, formerly of West Haven/New Haven, Connecticut. Robert was the son of the late Anthony and Edith (Ferrioulo) DeAngelo and father of Anthony (Cathy) DeAngelo of Killingworth, Roberta (Daniel) Mallico of North Haven, Joseph (Emma) DeAngelo of Ledyard, and Michael (Juliana) DeAngelo of Round Rock, TX. He was predeceased by his brother Anthony DeAngelo and leaves behind his brother Stephen (Elayne) DeAngelo of Branford, nephews Stephen (Jessica) DeAngelo and Marc (Anna) DeAngelo; as well as former spouse Patricia DeAngelo, companion Paula DeFeo, and many cousins. Robert was the grandfather of Daniel Mallico, Sophia Mallico, Adrianna Mallico, Isabel DeAngelo, Anthony DeAngelo, and was excited to welcome his new granddaughter, Summer DeAngelo, in August.
Family and friends may call at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue on Wednesday morning June 21st from 10:30 to 11:30. A Mass at of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven. www.northhavenfuneral.com

I worked with Bobby at Armstrong Rubber Company in the 1960's. We were in the same Department.
I always found him to be very affable and consciences in his work efforts.
He is my friend.
