KORZICK, THEODORE On June 5, 2015, Theodore “Ted” Korzick, age 78, peacefully ended his battle with Lymphoma at his home in Timonium, MD. Born, raised, educated in New Haven, CT, Hillhouse & Yale `58. Dec 1960 honorable discharge U.S. Army ROTC served in Alaska. Feb 1961 employed Connecticut General Claims management, Hartford, CT. Met love of his life Sandra “Sandy” Chaloult, married Dec 2, 1961. CG career moves Baltimore, MD (3), Hartford, CT (2), Orlando, FL & Pittsburgh, PA. Final move to Baltimore 1981 with Willse & Associates followed by CareFirst BC/BS MD until retirement in 2003. In addition to his beloved wife of 53 years, he is survived by daughters and spouses Karen Korzick-Scott Hommel of Lewisburg, PA; Amy & Christopher Garmer of Rockville, MD; Susan Spencer of Atlanta, GA; Sonya & Tom Kuznitz of Roswell, GA; Grandchildren Ellen & Jessica Penn; Matthew, Katherine & Brian Garmer; Jack Spencer; Justin & Alle Kuznitz; sister Helen Corey of Anchorage, AK; 3 sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased parents Pauline & Theodore Korzick, seven brothers, 3 nieces and nephew. Friends may visit at Ruck Towson Funeral Home, 1050 York Rd, Towson, 21204 on Monday, June 15 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM; Funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 16 at 9 AM at St. Francis Xavier, 13717 Cuba Rd, Hunt Valley, MD 21030; burial with military honors Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD at 10:45 AM.
